new release for changes since v1.0.1

Hi @AlexanderDilthey,

I was wondering if you could quickly create a new release of HLA-LA with all the changes since the last release:
v1.0.1...master

That way, those improvements and fixes would be available in a clear version and could be made available via bioconda for a standardized installation.
