Implements the Voronoi Cover, a type of Set-Cover with extra restrictions.
The program requires an input-file (resources/input.txt) of the following format:
numberOfCircles,maxRadius
followed by the coordinates of circle-centers x,y (one pair per line)
numberOfPoints
followed by the coordinates of the points x,y (one pair per line)
You can check the input-file of this project as an example.
Set your variables in the global variable section in VoronoiCover.java. Every variable that has to be set by the user has a comment describing what the variable stands for.
Currently the distance-function implements euclidean distance. You can modify the distance-function "getDistanceBetweenPoints" in VoronoiCover.java to change this.
