This new report is a variation on the PEO "Top Five" report. The report includes the IF-THEN statement instead of the mitigation steps.

3. #114 - Add IF-THEN version of PEO Top Five report
   Fix/Enhancement Action Taken: Added a new report based on the original Top Five support. Modified to remove mitigation steps and add the IF-THEN statement.
   Test Procedure:
   i. Open the RIO Registry
   j. Close “navRioMgtForm”
   k. Open “frmInitializeTestData” and press the “Initialize Comprehensive Data” button. This will populate the database with 25 risks, 25 opportunities, and 10 issues.
   l. Open “navRioMgtForm”
   m. Click on Report tab
   n. Select “Risk” for event type
   o. Press the “Top Five Report (IF-THEN)” button
   p. Verify that the report generated includes the RIO Statement (IF-THEN) and not the mitigation steps.
   q. Repeat e-g for Opportunity and Issue
