Known bugs/issues
- Recommendation Method in API does not work
- GetUserRatings method in API does not work
- Not all classes fully tested
- No User Interface
- Serializer seems to write data correctly to an XML file, but while trying to read the XML file and add the data to the program it hangs for an incredibly long time.
