Getting Started

  1. Install Homebrew

    $ /bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install.sh)"

  2. Install Ruby

    $ brew install ruby

  3. Install Rails

    $ gem install rails

  4. Install PostgreSQL

    $ brew install postgresql

Downloading This Project

  1. Clone the repo and cd into the folder

  2. Bundle Install

    $ bundle install

  3. Create migrations, migrate and seed:

    $ rails db:create
$ rails db:migrate
$ rails db:seed

  4. Last step, launch the rails server!

    $ rails s -p 3000
