Usage

rst2html.py --stylesheet=docutils_basic.css yourpage.rst yourpage.html

or to link to the stylesheet instead of embedding it:

rst2html.py --stylesheet=docutils_basic.css --link-stylesheet yourpage.rst yourpage.html
