change_ip_PS

Displays connected Adapters. Prompts you to select one. Prompts for DHCP y/n- Very Specific here If n asks for IP address information and assigns static stuff

This can either be ran in PowerShell as an Admin or you can store this somewhere and add that location to the PATH environmental variable
