This repository contains the code for a project on Fake News Classification. The project deals with binary classification, where given a news corpus, the objective is to predict whether the news is fake or real.

Resources

• count_vect.pkl: pickle file containing CountVectorizer object.
• model.pkl: pickle file containing trained model.
• preprocessed_news_for_app.csv: preprocessed news file for the streamlit app.
• requirements.txt: contains the necessary Python packages required to run the project.

Usage

1. Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/Dummy-Bug/Fake-News-Classification.git

2. Install the required packages:

pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Run the app:

streamlit run fake-news-detect0r.py
