Drop deprecated download command flags with v2

#673 gets download flags in line with the rest, but should retain the old versions for compatibility.
With the breaking change of v2 is a better moment to also break the CLI interface and not accept the old commands anymore.

Expected outcome:
monaco deploy does no longer accept downloadSpecificAPI"and"p"` flages
