Empty content in "Reference this study"

Hi, when logged in, for the study https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metabolights/MTBLS687
currently INCURATION status the tab "Reference this study" gives an empty popup.
Either the tab should be inactive if the study is not in a compatible STATE,
or there should be at least a dummy-message in that popup. Yours, Steffen
