Even though it maps in ZOOMA, it is unmapped in OntoString

The list of ontologies was not being passed to ZOOMA correctly because it needed to be URL encoded, so ZOOMA was always searching all datasources instead of just EFO. The results were then being returned from other ontologies such as MONDO, and then being discarded by OntoString.
