Set-up the Curation queue script to run as a Bamboo job

For the "Curation Queue" script described here (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/seqdb/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=GOCI&title=GWAS+Curation+Utility+Scripts), set this up to run as a Bamboo job at a day/time/frequency to be determined.

This should run on Sunday's at 19:00.
