A pipeline that will generate a subset/slim ontology from a list of terms. The list of terms could be provided by Zooma.

if that fits under there: a possible extension would be generating the list of terms from existing annotations - cf work we did with GO and EBI metagenomics: we took all their annotations, extracted all GO terms, positioned them in the hierarchy and tried and find the slim that best described them all. It included a manual review step as one would want coverage and specificity, but if there was a tool that takes a csv of annotations and returns an OWL slim that shows the number of annotation each term encompasses that would be amazing and of interest to many communities
