Track gene/transcript ids

Hi,

I'm using MIKADO to update an annotation, it seems the best strategy. But because Mikado changes the id in the final annotation this is a problem for me, because, for other reasons, I need to keep track of which transcript was used from the input annotations. I'd need a sort of table where is listed the conversion New to Old.
I tried to see if that is available in Mikado but I couldn't find anything.
Any suggestion?
