Missing dependency roslint

After running rosdep install --from-paths . --ignore-src --os=ubuntu:focal -r -y
and getting a message saying that all dependencies had been successfully installed, I ran into the following when building the traversability_layer package

After manually installing the roslint dependency, the package built.
