The Tools make with Python, use "Word Changing Method" to encode[This is the Vietnamese version]. Convert it to Executable file(EXE) with pyinstaller.
I've already minify the code, so it's a bit hard to see and understand the code! You can use the code to chat with your friend, send an 'unreadble' email, and much more!
The Vietnamese version already include all english characters, so feel free to use it without any error!
