Run the package

  1. Build conda environment for computations:
conda env create -f environment.yml

  1. Run notebooks: 2.1 Model Validation Notebook 2.2 Calculate & Save the Oxygen Budget Terms 2.3 Analyze and Plot the Mean Oxygen Budget 2.3 Analyze and Plot the Seasonal Variability of the Oxygen Budget 2.4 Analyze and Plot the Interannual Variability of the Oxygen Budget

  2. Publish jupyter book with project notebook, code, etc.
