a fully functional system for logging in, creating accounts and verifying email address, made in one night

Features

registering accounts into database
logging in for the first time with a new account will require a email verification
all passwords are hashed, and each user gets a unique id
open source, can be used and changed as much as you want

Clone the project

  git@github.com:SkepSickomode/node.js-working-login-system-with-email-verification-.git

Go to the project directory

  cd my-project

Install dependencies

run setup.bat

open up app.js and edit database connection details and email sender

Start the server

  npm run dev
