/Attack-bar

this is my heavily modified version of the attack bar addon for world of warcraft vanilla (version 1.12.1), it has been fixed for accuracy under the entire attackspeed ruleset including things like midswing attackspeed changes and weapon swaps. Also includes certain custom functionality like auto weaving windfury, slam timing and some placeholder code for overpower highlighting.
