if you use rvm, you can copy .rvmrc sample file with:

You can copy database.yml.example and fill with your specific configuration: $ cp config/database.yml.example config/database.yml rake db:create
rake db:migrate rake db:seed rake spree_sample:load rake csv:load
rake db:test:prepare rspec spec/
Add the compiled assets to git and make sure you have user-env-compile turned on on Heroku, then deploy
heroku labs:enable user-env-compile -a torca RAILS_ENV=production rake assets:precompile
