Thanks for your question!

For now the firmware is only tested and confirmed working with the hardware described in the BOM https://github.com/EnAccess/OpenSmartMeter/blob/main/Documentations/Hardware%20documentation/BOM.xlsx

For the future we are looking into making the firmware more generic and flexible. But no promises yet 😉

To help evaluation could you explain your use-case a bit more, i.e. why you want to run the firmware on a different MCU?

I was interested in the possibility of adapting some of your work for a low-voltage off-grid use case, using LoRa as the comms layer.
