This is a Selendra faucet source code.
It will support both Selendra testnet and mainnet.
There are 5 SEL to be request every 24 hrs on testnet, while on mainnet will be release later.
Faucet on mainnet will function similar to airdrop, thus only a up to 1 SEL to be release per day.
