This academic background complements my practical experience gained as a IT Support Technician at the Regional Blood Transfusion Center - Eldoret. In this role, I provided technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, managed the Blood Management System, and collaborated with the IT team to implement network upgrades and security enhancements. My experience in IT support has honed my problem-solving skills and reinforced my commitment to delivering high-quality technical solutions.
