Bug in setting grid impedance

For impedance 'Z.ElmSind', when setting 'rrea' and 'xrea' before setting 'Sn' and 'ucn' while 'iopt_uz'='uk' the 'rrea' and 'xrea' is changed to keep uk consistant.

(PP-MTB.pfd should have 'iopt_uz' = 'rl' as default. )
(Script should also make sure 'iopt_uz' = 'rl'.)

Since 'iopt_uz' is a project specific options, the order should be different instead, changing 'Sn' and 'ucn' before rrea and xrea.
