Suggestion:

  1. Make consolidation a option through parameters.
  2. Remove PP-MTB basesetup variation. All setup should be in singular variation/stage. Check if it has detrimental impact on setup time.
  3. Check if any other stages activate at study time. If so throw error. If not create new variation/stage at study time.

Remember to consider the QU, Q and QPF variations.
