Hello,

Are there plans to update the ClinPred.pm to work with GRCh38 data? The files for this assembly are available, but not compatible.

We will add this support and this will be included in the future releases

As a work around, you can use dbNSFP plugin which includes ClinPred and a ClinPred rank score. This works for 37 and 38
