Indev-mode v1:
- Upload a plugin's JSON or create a plugin
- Change plugin's basic info (name, description, etc...)
- Download plugin as JSON
- Remove plugin
Indev-mode v2:
- Add a new procedure
- See all procedures by their messages
Indev-mode v3:
- Change a procedure's basic info
