[BC] Bug when calculating dBA if frequency normalization (elec_order/mech_order) is selected

Hi all,

In W.get_along("freqs->elec_order", unit="dBA"), the normalization seems to be applied to the frequency vector that is also used to calculate A-weighting, resulting in inconsistent dBA.
