Extended Phase Graphs
This set of python 3.6 code is derived from Brian Hargreaves EPG code1 written in Matlab. The main routines have been written in C++ to speed up the code and uses SWIG2 to wrap the code and produce python functions.
The python files are created using the command
python setup.py build
and if no errors have occured, then to install
python setup.py install
There is a simple test program in the examples directory that compares the C EPG code to python
python run_epg.py
This program plots a T2 epg curve and difference in speed between the C code and Python
There is also a jupyter notebook in the examples directory that does the same thing and is called
EPG_C_Python_comparison.ipynb
