Postgraduate Studies Administration System (PSA)

The Postgraduate Studies Administration System (PSA) is a comprehensive web-based solution designed to streamline the administrative processes involved in managing postgraduate studies. This system is the culmination of a bachelor's degree graduation project developed by eight students from the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology, Sana'a University, Sana'a, Yemen, organized into two collaborative groups.

Overview

PSA leverages the Frappe framework, known for its flexibility and power in building complex web applications. The system addresses key administrative needs for postgraduate programs, including:

  • Student Enrollment Management: Simplifies the enrollment process for postgraduate students.
  • Progress Tracking: Provides tools for tracking academic progress and milestones.
  • Documenting Meetings: Documents meetings between students and supervisors.
  • Document Management: Enables efficient handling of document submissions, reviews, and approvals.
