[unity] SkeletonGraphicRenderTexture example component RenderTexture distorted

In some verions of Unity the custom set RawImage Mesh vertices and uv coords are ignored, leading to 0-1 coords being used instead, displaying the correctly filled RenderTexture in a distorted way.
