@dfoll Flesh this out further, something about Chemlights are fine but SPOT reports aren't.

@garys-esri Upon further investigation, this is happening about 75% of the time.

@joebayles , could you please check this with the new build of Squad Leader? Honestly I didn't do anything specific to address this issue, but I'm no longer seeing it after the work I did for #64.

@garys-esri So far SPOT reports seem to be working fine for me on both my phone and tablet with this latest version.

hopefuuly it's just an issue with my device, if i'm the only one seeing it
