Suggestion to add "delete cohort" feature

Suggesting a "delete cohort" feature to allow users to remove cohorts from their cohort dictionary. Will have to additionally consider if this would be user-specific and, if so, if this would require a login function as a supporting feature.

Note that this will require a login so users do not accidentally delete cohorts created by other users.
