Pi4 POCSAG transmission failure

Tried a few times, but on the Pi4 it seems the POCSAG transmission just doesn't work.
It reports its transmitting on double the requested frequency, and my SDR can't see the transmission on original or double the frequency.
Tested with a fresh copy of Debian Bullseye 32bit Lite
