Rerun some ARGOS orgs for the Paper

Rerun at least 20 organisms (that are already in ARGOS) for the QC paper. These will be additional tables. This task is linked to the one on creating a page about the orgs and why I chose them and how the data is more useful

Currently at 11/20 organisms as of today. Will continue.

Currently at 18/20. With ARGOS being funded, we will continue our processing of the bioproject. I will close this now as I am projected to complete the 20 today
