Switch between pages in home

In the /home, we need to show different pages such as:
/home/plugins ("FS" plugins)
/home/settings
/home/tags? (to create tags?)
etc.
<app-route> and <iron-pages> should be connected accordingly.

We probably do not need sub routes
/plugins, /settings, /tags etc will be enough
