Error when creating superuser and CUBE is not found by label

chrisomatic expects a container running CUBE to have the label org.chrisproject.role=ChRIS ultron backEnd. If not found, then you get an error during superuser creation:
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'exec'
