Enable motor safety helper in order to trigger watchdog

It seems that for some motor controllers the motor safety helper is not enabled by default. In order to trigger the watch dog and to be safe, make sure that motor safety helper is enabled for all motors.

Added to drive motors, not needed for other subsystem motors
