Debian packaging

Hi devs,
I submitted a request to create a new Debian package for momoko. I tried to describe as much as possible what's the purpose of the library. I hope we will be able to install python-momoko package as soon as possible !
Obviously I already started to make the Debian package. Even if it's not a "native" one, I'll create a dedicated branch and do some PR to share it with you.
I tested testing.postgresql in order to avoid a huge setup of Postgresql database. I have also found some small testing glitches such as #159. It might be good to fix them in source repository instead of Debian packaging patch.
Let me know if you have any comments regarding the testing or the packaging.

Sorry for the late response. The truth is I don't actively use momoko in any projects I'm responsible for, so this project is in maintenance mode unless someone wants to step up and to take it forward. For instance, Tornado 5.0 is out and momoko is not currently compatible with it.
In any case, I'll happily accept test-covered pull requests. So feel free to submit those.
The testing.postgresql looks very promising indeed! I wish I knew about it earlier - it would have saved me from setting up tcpproxy for simulating network issues.
Thanks for your initiative to package it for Debian - I'm a big Debian fan.
