Virtual Tsukuba Challenge World data for Blender.
The original Virtual Tsukuba Challenge (VTC) using Unreal Engine has been developed by fuRo.
You need to install PointCloudViewer from following site.
uhlik/bpy (GPLv2 LICENSE)
space_view3d_point_cloud_visualizer.py is what you need to install to your Blender(>2.80).

This data is referenced to create the world model. - cityhall.blend is modified from City Hall.fbx which is created by Tomoaki Yoshida with Apache2.0 license.
