MusiteDeep is a deep-learning based webserver for protein post-translational modification site (PTM) prediction and visualization

The MusiteDeep web server is available at http://www.musite.net. This repository contains the stand-alone tools in python to run MusiteDeep on a local machine:

  • 1 PTM prediction: refer to ./MusiteDeep
  • 2 Homology-based search by BLAST: refer to ./mongoblast
  • 3 Mapping the predicted PTM sites to protein 3D structure: refer to ./PTM2S
