create and parse binary structure aka Pack and Unpack like Python
this is an wrapper on top of https://github.com/svperbeast/struct
it simple makes easy to add the library as an addon to openframework with the IDE exstension
before include the addon to the project
set up the 'struct' submodule,
use the command inside the ../struct repo.
git submodule init
git submodule update
delete this folder from your local ../libs/struct/
