Generate expression tables for datasets without cell type annotations

It is currently not possible to generate a summarised expression table from a dataset that is lacking cell type annotations, but we might still want to exploit the expression data from such a dataset.

One possible way to do so would be to generate “anonymous” sub-result DATASET objects that would not be associated with a cell type term.

At the February meeting of the FlyBase scRNAseq working group, it has been decided that while datasets without cell type annotations should be loaded, expression data from those datasets should not be used, so there’s no need to prepare summarised expression tables for them.
