The TweeFreak project is a collection of social network analysis scripts using machine learning methods to try and determine sentiment for a given hashtag on Twitter. The hashtag of a given television show or a public event will be analyzed to determine if the frequency of tweets can be correlated with the emotion of the event.The analysis will also look at the frequencies to determine if the spike trains yeild any useful information to be analyzed
This code is being developed by Fraktal while at the University of North Carolina Asheville. This application is in development. Please be aware of this as you look at the code.
