Users will be able to log in and manage their Heroku app dynos.

Install required gems
bundle
Start the server
./start.sh
This app requires a self-signed SSL cert to run locally (see https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/ssl-certificate-self for details on creating a self-signed SSL). Add these files to a folder in root named "ssl" to be ignored by Git.
