Text Editor (Sublime, Note++, Atom.io, etc)
Git installed on your device (Instructions for installing Git can be found here: https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Getting-Started-Installing-Git)
Follow these instructions to download the current version of the project.
Move to the directory where you want to download the project to, in this instance we are going to move to the My Documents folder.
$ cd 'My Documents'/
Clone (download) the project
$ git clone https://github.com/GAV-CS/website.git
Move to the new project folder
$ cd website
Ensure that it worked:
$ git status
If everything was ran successfully, your 'git status' command should return the following
On branch master
Your branch is up to date with 'origin/master'.
nothing to commit, working tree clean
If you received anything else, please send a message on one of the Slack chatrooms for assistance.
