Data set from Laura geodetic deformation.

The dataset is the slip deficit model (file attached)
slip_deficit_hikurangi_1.0.txt

Uncertainties are included, and in many places, are outstanding.

Hi @andy22b if you can add the output (for kermadec extent) to the data folder, and add the script too that'd be perfect. In a new branch that we can merge onto SAPI_testing later

I assume for the data file you've added a new column for slip rate right?

Priority for me is a) data, then b) script :)
