Create joint rupture test data set

We want to have a test rupture set that we can use to test subduction and rupture combinations.

We want

• small subduction rupture with varying length crustal ruptures. Ideally, the crustal ruptures are subsets of each other.
• medium subduction rupture with varying length crustal ruptures.
• then the same for different rakes
• then the same for different azimuths
