No SDK-Source?

This repository does not seem to contain the actual SDK-Source like it should.
At least the Readme.md in the ags_lib-Folder says I should find it here, but in there are only the binaries, like in the sample repositories.

There are no plans to release the source to the AGS binary. The readme has been updated to avoid any confusion.
