Latest amd_ags_x64.dll is missing file version/description metadata

The lib/amd_ags_x64.dll updated in 14dfd55 is missing all the Windows metadata that previous versions had (file description, version, copyright, etc)

Hi, the metadata got lost in the port to cmake. I've updated the binaries now to include the metadata. Thanks for raising this.
